Returns
Please ensure you choose your colours carefully, as we cannot accept returns if you change your mind (unless items are faulty). If you believe your polish is faulty, please email us with a picture, proof of purchase and description (if purchased directly from our website).
If purchased from a retailer, please return to retailer with faulty product and receipt for proof of purchase. All returns need to be advised to Bittersweet Polish or retailers within 60 days of purchase.
Allergy / Irritation Return
In the instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Please ensure you read our ingredients list before using our nail polishes.
Incorrect Item / Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo (do not dispose of the item) and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
